Since then, his widow, Julie, has made it her cause to try to elevate the dialogue on immigration reform.</P>
<P>I am advocating a policy outline put forward 2&nbsp;1/2 years ago by the <A href="http://www.westgov.org/wga/publicat/annrpt06.pdf">Western Conference of Governors</A>. The policy has bipartisan support and addresses all the major areas of conflict within the immigration debate. I encourage anyone who is interested in working toward a solution to read about this policy online and discuss it openly with friends, family and others.
